The thickness adjustment, listed as 0.2 to 8 mm, lets you choose between thin slices and thicker cuts. Prepare your beef or lamb to suit your preferred result, without being limited to a single thickness.

Slice Continuously with the Spring Feed

No need to reposition the meat after each pass: the spring mechanism moves the piece forward as you slice, bringing it back in front of the blade.

You operate the lever manually while the spring moves the meat forward. A practical way to prepare several slices in a row, always keeping your fingers away from the cutting path.

Hold the Meat with the Pronged Holder

The metal plate with prongs helps hold the piece of meat in place to limit movement while slicing.

The holder works with the spring feed to help keep the meat in place. The prongs are sharp: avoid direct contact with their tips when setting up and cleaning the appliance.

Prevent Slipping on Your Worktop

The suction cup feet help keep the slicer in place on a smooth, clean surface suited to their grip. This gives you a more stable base for operating the lever.

Check that they are secure before starting. If the appliance moves, stop slicing and reposition it: the suction cups do not guarantee stability on every surface.

Precautions to Take Before Slicing

Beware of the blade, prongs and metal edges, which may be sharp. Handle the appliance with care, including during installation, storage and cleaning. Do not run your fingers along the edges to check their finish.

Keep your fingers out of the cutting path. Never force it. Stop using it if the blade becomes deformed, a part is damaged or an edge has a sharp burr.
