International:

Canada, United States and Australia.

Your package can be delivered from Europe, but also from abroad depending on the availability of our warehouses.

Delivery rate

Delivery is free with no minimum or maximum purchase amount, in all countries indicated above.

Delivery time

Our products require between 1-3 business days of processing time before shipping.

The delivery time for your order is on average 7 to 10 working days in France, 8 to 12 days in Europe and 14 to 20 days internationally.

If a product arrives damaged, we will return it at our expense. Just prove it to us by sending a photo to contact@kitchygoods.com

Tracking your package

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you within 5 business days of your order.

Delays

On very rare occasions, packages may take longer than expected. (COVID, strikes, public holidays, force majeure, etc.) We unfortunately cannot control delivery times or unforeseen delays that may occur en route.

In any case, if your package does not arrive after 35 business days, we will resend it or give you a full refund. 

Rights and taxes

On very rare occasions, a package may be subject to customs duties. It is also possible that customs may delay the delivery of certain packages.

We have no control over customs and therefore cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur. Customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Separate packages

An order may be split into multiple packages for any of the following reasons:

Some items may be out of stock.

Weight restrictions for conventional delivery imposed by the Post Office.

Different manufacturers and storage locations.

We work from different warehouses on different continents to offer you the best selection of products at an affordable price. As a result, some of your packages may be written in a foreign language and prices may vary depending on where you live.

 

Returns & Exchanges :

At kitchygoods.com, we do our best to make ourproduct descriptions as detailed as possible so that you won't encounter any surprises when you receive our products.

We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

 

Order cancellation policy:

We pride ourselves on our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site.

Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at contact@kitchygoods.com as soon as possible.

A large majority of in-stock items are processed and/orshipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time, so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is not processed and/or shipped. 

No request to cancel your order can be taken into accountif it has already been processed.

 

Address error:

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us promptly to inform us of a modification. The latter can only be carried out if your order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.).

In the latter cases, these packages can be returned to us,but not systematically.

If your order is returned to the sender, wewill offer a refund for your order deducted from shipping costs or we will offer you reshipment, depending on your choice.

You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

 

Return policy :

We accept returns* for any reason!

Whether you are dissatisfied or have simply changed your mind. Our return policy is 15 days from the time you receive your products.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply fill out this  return form .

Sign it then send it with your package to the address thatwe will give you when you write to our support.
